Listed here we have, an unusual colored piece of Imperial Grape carnival glass.
It is a small 8 ruffled bowl, with marigold iridescence, but the kicker is the base color.
It isn't listed in any of my books, and I can't find anything listed anywhere, or find any
information from the clubs on the color.
I am calling it Olive Amber, due to it having a hint of both green and amber coloring.
Almost looks like the Horehound color, but not quite as deep a color.
Excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
It measures 2" high, 5 5/8" wide, and has a 2" base.
Stippled on the interior and exterior.
Great iridescence, showing lots of pink, gold, blue and green hues.
Due to the color I am listing this at a higher price than what you would usually find this
pattern selling for. I have been collection for 30 years and have never seen another one of this
If you want unusual color, and maybe a one of a kind. Here is a great piece! If it doesn't sell, I will
have a neat piece for my own collection. So either way, I will be OK with what happens.
