Here we have, a nice Dugan bowl that bridges the gap between carnival glass and stretch glass. In stretch glass it is Harding Blue, and in carnival glass it is called Celeste Blue, and was called Jewels for a pattern. As you can see in the photos, this piece has very little or no stretch effect to the iridescence. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. It measures 3 3/4" high, 6 1/4" wide at the opening, 8" wide at the widest, and has a 3 7/8" base. Beautiful piece with green, blue, and pink hues. Check the photos close, and you will notice the iridescent effect isn't stretched after being sprayed. It was shaped before being sprayed with the salts for iridescence, and maybe shaped a little. Great piece to complete a set in this color, or to add to a collection.
