Rarely seen in the market today is this delightful nursery rhyme toy phonograph. It's number 265 manufactured by Joseph Schneider Inc. of New York City, and dates from the 1920's. The body is painted metal with a faux felt green turntable, and the horn is painted faux leather hard board; both are in good condition, and the mechanism is all intact and works with a wind-up key. The box is not in great condition and is missing one end flap, but it's still an original and definitely adds value to the piece; it measures 11 1/2" x 12 1/2" x 3 1/2". I am also including five Golden Records with it, all with their original covers. Another great toy for the collector!
