Here's an unusual tin made by the American Can Company for spraying any type of powder; you'll note from the photos that the top side is made of leatherette constructed like a bellows, which when pushed down will blow out the powder, which most often was a household remedy for insects. Although not shown on this tin, the patent dates were from 1888 and 1893 and this is probably a later issue from the teens or twenties. In good condition considering age, etc. it measures 2 3/4" in diameter; 1 1/2" in heights, and extends 1 3/4" at the tube. A unique and fun tin!
