Here is a charming porcelain cup & saucer from the Victorian Era. Hand decorated with gold edging, it is of the same type of mold used extensively by the English porcelain makers of the period; the only marks are those of gold initials put on by the artist who did the decorating. This cup & saucer was loved and used often by the previous owners; there is a tiny chip on the rim, about the size of a pin head. For it's age (1865-1880)it has faired quite well, and will make a nice addition to any collection of Victoriana. Measurements are 3 1/4" height by 3 1/2" deep for the cup, and 6" diameter for the saucer.
