More from Unexpected Joy
The "tea cozy" is an almost obsolete item in today's world, however, back in Victorian times it was something that every good household had, especially in the tea drinking countries. Used to keep the china teapots warm between servings, this beautiful cozy, as were many, is made entirely of hand done needlepoint, with a rope trim and a silk liner. It is in fine condition, and measures 15 1/2" in width and 11 1/2" in height. When not used, it makes for a great accent piece in the china closet, on top of the server, or just about anywhere!
