LAST CALL! 30% OFF! Offered is a stunning example of more restrained 1980's style. It is an easy choice for special occasions. In 100% silk, it has a shantung type texture i.e. the occasional slub. It is labeled as made in Hong Kong. The color is simply vibrant. We are calling this a Kelly green, although some might call it a turquoise. We think the green is dominant with little blue. The top carries the attention. We can see this paired separately with a pair of white silk slacks and voila! a modern look. It has a bateau neckline, The 3/4 length sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and banded in satin at the cuff. The waist features a curved peplum that crosses over on the left and finishes with a satin bow. Seven self fabric buttons close the back. The original shoulder pads are present. The skirt is slightly flared. It has elastic at the back. The label reads Char. This has us confused as at internet search indicates the Char label designs mostly western wear. It has has "10" on the label, which we thought was the size. The lining is listed as 100% polyester. But, we would warn to pay attention to the following measurements, which do not match a misses 10, but closer to a 12 or 14. Top: sleeves 20 1/4" long; 22 1/2 shoulder to hem; 39" bust; 34" waist. Skirt: 33 1/2 waist to 3/4" hem; 31" waist (elastic not stretched); 38" hip. We found no stains, no tears. Item 68307a
