SALE! 30% OFF! Offered is a perfect example of 1980 style. It is a white brocade "fancy" dress appropriate for a wedding or special event. Designed by Scott McClintock, it has all the bells and whistles (lace and beading) symbolizing the era. Its most appealing feature is the neckline which features a banded collar that is separate from the bodice neckline. In a V shape, it has a dangling 4" brooch or medallion in faux pearls. At the back, this is attached to the back of the dress with angling bands and buttons with two faux pearls buttons. The dress is sleeveless with a U shaped front bodice. It is edged in a wide lace with scallop point edging which also forms shoulder strap. The shoulder straps are held by elasticized bands below the fabric straps. The skirt is slightly flared and at least on this model can be described as tea length. There is a tulle underskirt. This carries a label Scott McClintock 67% cotton, 43% acetate, dry clean only. It also says size 14, but we would recommend also paying attention to the following measurements: 39 1/2" bust; 18 1/2" nylon zipper at back; 34" waist; 44" hip; 51" shoulder to hem. We have not cleaned this. There are no stains, no holes and no odor. Original price $65 Item 62127b
