Offered is an unusual flower power brooch and matching earrings. These are painted in vibrant tones of lime green, mustard and a browned red. We want to add that we thought we saw a mark on the back and that it said "Hedy." We had never encountered that mark before. An internet search revealed that there was in fact a Hedy jewelry line by the Hedison family--last produced in 1985. The flower has open work and the earrings are dangle. The back of the pin is painted white. The paint on both sides is in good condition--we assume this was not a cold paint. The pin is 2 3/4 x 2 7/8 and the earrings are 1 7/8 x 5/8. Thank you to the website Illusion Jewels by Dotty Springfield for the information on Hedy. Item 2427a.
