Offered is a pretty in pink vintage dress from the 1970's. This was designed by Calderon and is labeled as a size 9/10. The fabric is heavier with a texture so it holds its structure well. It has a 1 1/2" stand up collar and long sleeves that flare at the cuff. The back and front are princess seamed. It is A-line with a self fabric tie belt if one would like. The highlight is the embellishment in scrolling and beading, so popular during that time period. It graces the front of the bodice and the sleeves. The embellishment is in white with scrolled lace and painted buttons in a cross hatch design. The dress is lined. Details: 23" back nylon zipper; 23" sleeve; 14 1/2" across the back; 39" shoulder to 2 1/2" hem; 35" bust; 32" waist; 37" hip. Belt: 2 x 60". There are 10 5/8" buttons down the front and 9 on each sleeve. The label indicates this is 52% polyester but the rest of the contents has faded. We found no stains or holes, but PLEASE NOTE: the picot lace trim at the neckline is slightly yellowed at the front; there is minor perspiration stains on the lining, not on the front of the dress. Original listing price $60. Item 123127a
