As found, early 20th century--possibly late 1800's--collar box. The box is celluloid top with a red poppy and pink shooting stars design. A primitive building is placed in the woods. The sides of the box are covered in paper with deep blue and light green rose design. The metal clasp lifts to reveal the peach cotton covering. Nestled within are 3 attachable collars. They are National Rubber --the celluloid company and style is DuPont 16 (size). They are clearly used--see condition report below.
Size: 7" at widest; 6 1/2 x 3
Condition: Note--there is a small area of paper loss at the front--see pics; the collars are clearly used, they have yellowing at the neckline. The celluloid top is in good antique/vintage condition with no cracks or stains.
