A fine Federal period Hepplewhite chest with a rectangular cherry case and a three over three graduated drawer configuration, each drawer with bold tiger maple veneered front and a replaced oval thistle decorated brass pull and veneered border, inlaid key escutcheons, and raised on four French feet. Dates to circa 1790-1820, in fine condition, with some surface scratches on the top, and other imperfections, and light overall wear from age and use. Dimensions: 38” H x 42 ½” W x 19 ¾” D.
