A fine example of a Chippendale style walnut corner or round about chair, with pierce carved splats, nicely turned rail supports, fresh upholstery on the seat, all supported by four straight legs and stretchers. Probably English, dating to the late 19th century, in excellent overall condition, with minor imperfections and minimal surface wear from age and use. Dimensions: 31 ¼” h x 30” w x 25” d, with a 19” seat height.
