A spectacular Dutch two-part display cabinet with molded cornice around a center foliate crest surmounting a conforming upper case with mirrored back and two glass shelves, glass panel sides, a single front glass door with molded surround, over a bombe form lower case with four graduated drawers with oval decorative brasses, oval classical urn and foliate marquetry decoration on each side, over a shaped skirt, all supported by carved paw feet. Dates to the 19th century. Very good overall condition, mirror backing, showing some foxing and losses to silvering, restorations, and shrinkage cracks, veneer losses, and expected wear from age and use. The piece has a professional French polish surface. Dimensions: 75 1/2" h x 42" w x 15" d.
