A fine example of a Federal Sheraton style four drawer chest, rectangular top with turret corners over reeded pilasters, tiger maple banding on the drawer fronts, scalloped skirt, all supported by nicely turned feet. The brasses show minor denting and are probably original to the piece. Dates to the late 18th or early 19th century. Very good overall condition, with some shrinkage cracks, restorations, minor veneer losses, and expected wear from age and use. Dimensions: 40” h x 41 ¼” w x 20” d.
Featuring period furniture, fine art, quality porcelain, silver and decorative accessories.
