A fine example of a Queen Anne lowboy with bookmatched walnut veneers on its banded top, over three fitted banded drawers, a fine carved skirt with beaded edge and two turned drops, all supported by four cabriole legs terminating with pad feet. Probably early 18th century Massachusetts in origin. Very good overall condition, with some minor veneer losses and lifting, a few shrinkage cracks, other imperfections and expected wear from age and use. Dimensions: 29 ½” h x 32 ⅝” w x 20 ¼” d.
