A two part flat top 18th century Queen Anne highboy in a warm toned maple of New England origin, with molded cornice concealing a secret long drawer surmounting an upper case with two short drawers over three long drawers and a lower case with waist molding and a single long drawer over three fitted deep short drawers, all above a nicely cyma curved skirt and supported by four cabriole legs terminating with pad feet. Excellent overall refinished and restored condition, with minor shrinkage cracks in the base, imperfections, and light expected wear from age and use. Some minor polish residue is present around the brasses. Dimensions: 70 5/8" h x 40" w x 23" d.
