This nice watercolor of the Ash Street School in Manchester, NH was painted by American artist Corinne Trippetti (20th century). Originally a Delaware native, and married to artist Joseph Trippetti, Corinne “Bunny” Trippetti had achieved prominence in the New Hampshire art community for her watercolors of NH landscapes. She was the first female president of the NH Art Association. Watercolor on paper, signed and dated 1972 lower right, matted and framed under glass in a simple wooden frame. Dimensions: 29” h x 21” w, sight; 36 1/2” h x 28 1/2” w, framed.
