A fine example of a Chippendale tiger maple tall chest with molded cornice over five graduated drawers, all supported by nicely shaped bracket feet. Dates to the late 18th or early 19th century. Excellent overall condition, with minor imperfections and light expected wear from age and use. Appears to have replaced hardware, with one bail handle missing. Dimensions: 52” h x 39 ¼” w x 17 ½” d.
