A pair of Classical brass belted ball-top andirons, unsigned, similar in style to andirons made by William Hunneman, Boston, in the early 19th century. with ball-tops on columnar shafts with conforming belted ball curved log-stops. These probably date to the 19th century. Very good overall condition, with minor surface wear, imperfections, surface rust on the iron dogs, and expected wear from age and use. Dimensions: Each andiron measures 10 ½” h x 9” w x 26” d, including iron dogs.
