Late 19th c Bentwood Bench with Rare Original Stenciling
A wonderful bentwood bench with rare mustard and red paint stenciling, probably American, dating to the late 19th century. Rectangular canted back with half round oak slats, which continue over the seat, S curved arms, bentwood stretchers and supports, all raised on six bentwood legs. Excellent overall condition, with minimal imperfections and expected wear from age and use. Great original patina. Dimensions: 34" h x 62 1/2" w x 25" d.
