A fine impressionist oil painting of lambs or sheep done by American artist Marian Williams Steele (1912-2001). Steele was born in Trenton, New Jersey and went on to become a prolific and renowned impressionist painter of landscapes, portraits and marine paintings. She was a member of several prestigious art associations including the Guild of Boston Artists, and won over hundred awards for her work.
