A great set of the famous Dionne Quintuplets composition doll set with bed, circa 1940’s by Madame Alexander. Appears to include the original wooden bed with the girls’ names across the footboard, along with sets of clothes, including dresses, jumpers, nightshirts, and kerchiefs, and a wool blanket. Each doll is marked Alexander on the upper back and bottom of head. Very good overall condition, with minor imperfections, some paint losses and restorations - fingers and toes appear to be intact, with expected wear from age and use. Dimensions: Doll: Each doll measures approximately 7” long; Bed: 4” h x 17 ¾” w x 10 ¼” d.
