Early 20th c Composition Newspaper Delivery Boy Advertising Figural Store Display
This wonderfully expressive composition figure, probably a store window advertising display of a newspaper delivery boy running and holding a paper by a fire hydrant, dates to the early to mid 20th century. An additional thin black painted base has been added for stability. Good overall condition, with some losses visible on the back of the newspaper, as well as other expected small paint and composition spot losses from age and use.
