This is a nice example of late 19th century painted folk art treenware or "Lehnware" in the form of a covered cup, done by Mennonite woodcrafter Joseph Lehn, of Lancaster county, Pennsylvania. The piece features floral decoration and is in very good condition, with nice patina, and some paint losses. Dimensions: 4 ¾" h x 2 ½" diameter base.
