Set of 8 Wallace Nutting Bannister Back Rush Seat Dining Chairs

A fine solid set of 8 bannister back dining chairs by Wallace Nutting, including one arm chair and seven side chairs, each with carved urn finials, a shaped crest with central spoon carved flower, rush seats, and nicely turned stretchers. The arm chair is branded “Wallace Nutting 395, and the side chairs “Wallace Nutting, 365”. All are in very good condition, with some looseness and light wear in the seats on some, other minor surface rubs, imperfections, and light wear commensurate with age and use. The set dates to the early to mid 20th century. Dimensions: Arm chair: 45.5 in H x 23.5 in W x 21 in D, with seat height of 18.5 in; Side Chairs: 45.5 in H x 19.75 in W x 18 in D, with a seat height of 18.25 in. Ref: 8
