18th century brass desk standish, probably Dutch. Consists of stand that holds three pots. Two pots have lids. One lid has 4 large holes, probably for holding nibs. Another pot features small holes punched into the top, probably for powder used to dry the ink before the introduction of blotting paper. Unique and interesting accessory for any desk.
