A fine sturdy set of six Louis XV style scrollwork and foliate carved oak dining chairs with foliate upholstery. The set dates to the late 19th century and is in very good overall condition, with some minor upholstery spots, minor surface wear to the wood, and light wear commensurate with age and use. The upholstery was probably replaced more recently. Dimensions: Each chair measures approximately 40.75 in H x 20.5 in W x 21 in D, with a seat height of 19 inches. Ref: 8
