This is a Majolica Owl Water Pitcher from the late 1800's to very early 1900's. There is normal crazing from age, there are also 2 hair line cracks inside just below the spout. They don't go all the way through. One is 1" long and the other is 1.5" long. The only other flaw I see is a tiny paint chip on the right eye. (Please see the last 2 pictures). The glaze is in beautiful conditiion. The colors range in shades of green and it has a purple blossom on top of the handle. It stands 10" high.
