For your consideration is this nice circa 1930s New Haven pocket watch. It is running great and has a glass back so that you can see the moving mechanisms. I was told this was bakelite but it is not testing for me , so it may be celluloid. It is a very cool watch with nice stylized numbers.
It measures 1 and 7/8 inches in diameter. The leather cord is about 5 inches in length.
Two things need to be mentioned. The leather cord is very frayed - see pic 3 and is not going to last. The black plastic has a break in the bottom... I am not sure what this is all about ..whether part of the making or occurred later.
