Antique German Art Nouveau Sterling Silver 935 Floral Pendant. It's marked 935 on the reverse and is probably German, but it also has a fleur de lis hallmark underneath the bail that is a Czech import mark. It has a gold wash that has softened nicely with age, and it is in excellent condition with one pin size nick in the carnelian that I saw with a loupe. Its dimensions are 2 1/2" x 1 1/8" x 1/4". Carnelian is one of the four birthstones for August.
