Navajo artist Leon Martinez was influenced by his parents, Leo and Edith Martinez, to become a jewelry artist as early as 1970. As a young man he would assist his parents with soldering and buffing as they created their jewelry. It did not take Leon long before he was making his own creations.
This bracelet features a beautiful Nevada stone called Lone Mountain. The stone has a light blue color with both heavy and spider web golden brown matrices. The stone is accented with hand stamped buttons, twist rope and fans.
