I have to be in a really good mood to tackle taking pictures of one of these rings, for all the highly polished sterling make it almost impossible to get a great shot. Well, I guess today is a very good day, because here we are.
We carried oodles of these rings in our stores in the 1970's and I still have several in our old stock. They are not signed but because we carried so many of them I remember they were made by the Ortaga family out of New Mexico.
The ring is sleek and even to this day some 40 years later, is very contemporary. The Ortaga's used rolled turquoise and mother of pearl in almost all of their rings, set in different combinations making a sticking combination set in sleek sterling.
