This lovely Uranium glass ice bucket is a rare bird indeed. This piece was made by Paden City Glass in a pattern called Peacock and Wild Rose from 1929-1935. The pattern features a finely etched peacocks sitting among wild roses.
The piece is in very good conditon with only one shaved chip on the bottom rim which is quite smooth and hard to notice. The handles and the glass knobs that hold the handle are in wonderful condition.
Our ice bucket stands 9 1/2" to the top of the handle and 6 1/4" to the top of the glass bucket and is 5" across the top.
The uranium glow brillantly under a glass light and will be a wonderful addition to any depression glass collection or a uranium glass collection.
As always Double Boxed for safe travel.
