The Mary Jane clad feet of this little miss "walk" right along, as she pushes a wheelbarrow full of hearts -- and the wheel turns! "If I had a million hearts they'd all be your's my Valentine" is written on the wheelbarrow.
It is large -- our girl is over 5 inches tall from the tip of her bonnet to the heel of her shoe, and overall length across is more than 6 inches.
This is a one-owner card: it was given to my mother Janet Armstrong on Valentine's Day 1923, by her Cousin Carrie. My mother was 8 years old. We found it in a trunk among her estate items not long ago, where it has been stored all these years.
Look at the back: There is a "wheel" whose five spokes are little legs -- when you turn it, she appears to be walking. And you can turn the wheelbarrow wheel as well.
IMPORTANT: VERY FRAGILE -- There is a serious crease across the girl's head, which is all the way through showing on both sides. We did NOT attempt to fix it. SEE OUR VERY LAST PICTURE with the YELLOW > and the pictures of the back. There is also a crease across the wheelbarrow leg, less important.
