This big key is from the Eastern Region / Philadelphia Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad. It is stamped E P on one side of its bow in serif letters, with a smaller serial number 3099 above.
"E" stands for the PRR's Eastern Region, "P" for the Philadelphia Division. The massive PRR had multiple divisions over much of the Northeast and this is a good example.
Although it shows use this key is a terrific bright golden color with no metal damage other than one small, shallow bump/dent pushed into the unmarked side of its bow. It displays beautifully with all the relevant information on one side of the key. The thick barrel and massive bit are straight and solid.
This would be a fine addition to a Pennsy Division key grouping or it would be a fine trader to swap with another collector, if you need a representative of one of the other divisions.
