Published by Howell-North Books in 1962, this collector book is a whopping 380 pages, and 9 inches x 11.75 inches in size. It has been out of print for years and copies are nearly impossible to find.
The rare Timberline Edition was made with a colorful outer box to house the hard cover text inside. The book includes a rear map pocket with original pull-out map. It's a great read for the western rail historian, setting forth in great detail the history of the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad!
