This key from the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad has their "Repair Track" or "Rip Track" cut - note, the bit is straight up and down with no angles. This is very different from the B&O's standard switch key cut.
It is stamped B&ORT on one side of the bow in serif style Roman letters; on the other side the SLAYMAKER stamp appears.
This key is a terrific deep golden color, with lots of patina and "just the right amount" of use; the bit edges and barrel end are nicely rounded smooth. It has "finger polish" that has slightly worn the "B&" marking.
Please see our pictures: the end of the barrel has been bumped. This is strictly cosmetic; it makes absolutely no difference operationally. The key will work just fine in your lock. IMPORTANT: Our photos are huge enlargements; in real life, this is hardly noticeable.
