Please take a moment to see the lapidary work of the onyx on this ring. It is done by a master and so very Art Deco. The ring head is almost 1 inch across by 1/2 inch tall. It is done in 14k white, yellow and a more orangy gold. The side profiles on this piece are amazing, There is a simple open gallery that is molded to fit perfectly under the onyx. There are also 2 gold dots or pins on top and bottom sides.. The sides have white gold "clips " and a bullet adornment. Now for the top which has a white gold strip that has 3 old mine cut diamonds that are 3 mm across for a total of approximately 30 points. They are a nice addition but by far, the star here is the onyx. The ring shank is thoughtfully made in a square shape and is presently a size 7. C 1930 and in beautiful condition.
