Stunning Vintage Black and Clear Vintage Rhinestone Necklace

I have seen this been described by various designers as it is unsigned, but very high quality, as seen in its construction, design, weight, and use of prong set kite shaped and clear rhinestones. It is adjustable up to about 16 inches and the center bib portion is 1 inch wide. It is in excellent condition and would great with black tie or a simple white blouse. Very tasteful and not over the top, but still makes a statement. Super
