I have collected vintage Jay Feinberg pieces for many years, have several in my shop and slowly adding more. Today Jay Feinberg is better known as Jay Strongwater, who designs frames and now again some jewelry in high end stores. Back in the 1970-1980's, he designed bold costume jewelry which was very well make and very forward at the time.
This necklace is 15 inches long and made of pink quartz beads and either black glass or onyx beads, in silver tone and with a 2 1/5 inch square pendant in front and has more of a gun metal tone. If you have a small neck this lays so beautiful and while noticeable, it is not overpowering or uncomfortable. It is signed on the the clasp and is in excellent condition with no issues. The color combination is really fabulous.
Please look around my store for other designer vintage pieces and thanks for looking.
