This is a set of 5 German Rotophot (RPH) postcards which were mailed in France in 1908. These are real photo postcards depicting a boy dressed up in top hat and coat portraying a doctor making a house call on his patient, a curly haired girl. Apparently, strong medicine was necessary from the size of that funnel!
The sepia photos have a touch of hand coloring in pink and blue. Wear on the edges and some surface wear on the glossy finish as to be expected for cards a hundred years old. No creases. In hand, I feel confident in saying you'll be most pleased with this cute series.
Now, originally there were 6 cards in this series. The last time I had the complete set was in 2015. I don't recall what the sixth card looks like but if you'd like for me to try to find it for you so you'll have the complete series, I'm happy to do that. Personally, I think the funnel scene steals the show! Cards are typical antique size, about 3.5 by 5.5 inches.
