This is a German-printed "Oranotypie" postcard mailed in France in 1905. Oranotypie, also known as Uranotypie, was a trade name for a type of glossy real photo postcard published by the New Photographic Society in Berlin at the beginning of the 20th century. Added gilding accents the top of the lady's gown. There is a white speck next to her face and a crease at the bottom left corner; when held at an angle, impressions from the circular frankings can be seen. I've priced the card accordingly. But I think this elegant lady still steals the scene. Antique postcard size: about 3.5 by 5.5 inches.
