Through the Paris Par Les Peintres postcard series, I have discovered different artists, most notably Andre Renoux. However, here is another contemporary artist I think you'll like just as well: Dominique Chouaba. The front of the postcard is artist signed and dated 1988. (Note that verso one of the cards is dated 1993.) In French, a bookstore is called a library and a library is called a bibliothèque. Chouaba's bookstore is a standout in periwinkle. Big No. 3 on the storefront but, unlike Renoux's cards, I haven't a clue as to how to locate this specific Paris storefront.
I have FOUR of these available. Each card is in overall fine vintage condition. (sOLD:The one written on verso.) Verso there might be erased number imprints or glue residue. Each card measures about 5.75 by 4 inches.

I don't have complete biographical information on Chouaba; most information I gleamed online is from French sites. I can tell you that he is about 59 years old and has had exhibitions worldwide, from Japan to Italy. One of the latest I came across was in Clairac, France, in 2014. He is a recognized contemporary French artist and his artwork ranges from 18th century style landscapes and angel paintings to this 'naive' style seen in this Paris series.
