André Renoux (1939-2002) is a French painter considered the "father" of the Paris School of Urban Realism. However, he painted outside Paris, too: London and New York in particular. This is the first London postcard I've been able to nab and it's rich in history: Lock & Co. claims to be the oldest hat shop in the world! It's located at 6 St. James’s St., London. Overall in fine unused, almost new-like condition. Artist signed. Circa 1980s. About 5.75 by 4-1/8 inches.
Another rare card featuring a New York storefront is also available: https://www.rubylane.com/item/274812-8710/Iconic-York-Burger-Beer-Saloon-Immortalized.
To see all the Renoux cards currently available, use RENOUX in the word search box. As you mix and match, remember with a minimum $50 order, you'll get a $10 discount, and shipping within the US is $3.75 whether you buy one or 10, so collect away! Details on my shop home page on how to handle check out so I can change the price before you pay to give you your savings.
