I confess: I did not even attempt to locate this Paris storefront! However, while the business name is quite mundane, I found two things of interest. On both sides of the doors, "telephone" is noted as services/items offered. Also, how about a mug of that grog?!
In near mint condition, save verso, slight residue where you can tell that I erased previous seller's numbers (why do they do that?!) According to my online research and the few cards I have found with franking, these Renoux cards are circa 1980s-1990s. Artist signed. About 5.75 by 4-1/8 inches.

André Renoux (1939-2002) is considered the "father" of the Paris School of Urban Realism. You may have seen Renoux's Paris shop scenes on Williams Sonoma plates. His original limited-edition serigraphs sell anywhere from $600 to $2,000. Although these postcards are not my usual antique fare, I wanted to offer these because Renoux's postcards are difficult for the average person in the United States to access and they are highly collectible. From what I can ascertain, there are approximately 70 cards in this collection of Renoux's work.
