Postcard publisher Max Munk of Vienna, Austria, aka M.M. Vienne, often didn't credit the artists whose work he published. A couple of notable exceptions are British painter Henry Ryland and fellow Austrian Raimund Wichera. The other exception is this mystery artist with the unique logo "signature." Some sources say this is the signature of Belgian painter Fernand Toussaint. Fortunately, we don't have to know the artist's name to appreciate his or her beautiful work and this lady is a beauty with her flowing wavy hair and that orchid tucked behind her ear. This hand-painted card was mailed in July 1908. The artwork itself is perfect, but the cream border shows some age and stains. Not enough to detract from the gorgeous damsel! This card is typical antique postcard size: about 3.5 by 5.5 inches.
In the last photo, you'll see another Munk card in this same style with the same unique logo signature that I have available. It's listed here: https://www.rubylane.com/item/274812-8555/Art-Nouveau-Beauty-Lilies-her-Long
