This rare German-printed postcard is a highly embossed design of a mythical battle between a knight on his steed and a huge dragon. I'll ask you the same thing "G.M." asked Monsieur Voyageur back in 1903: "Aimez vous ce genre de carte?" Do you like this kind of card? I'm assuming G.M. is a woman. She also wrote, "I thought I saw you today." Notice that she uses the French formal "vous" for you. Perhaps a little flirting going on here with hopes of getting to know this man better, even if he was currently living at mother's house:) [Chez sa mere verso on the address.] Slight wear on this card at top and on the bottom right corner tip in particular. But overall, in fine antique condition. About 5.5 by 3.5 inches. The color of the card is hard to capture. Mostly gray with hints of green undertone is the best I can describe it.
