This is one of five pierrot postcards I have in this series. The undivided back tells us this card was printed in 1903 or earlier. Overall, especially considering its age and the light beige cream background, this card (and the entire set) is in near mint condition. Richly saturated colors; truly a deep navy blue! No creases. But there is a light foxing spot or stain about 2 inches across from the pierrot's elbows.
Each card is typical antique postcard size: about 5.5 by 3.5 inches.
To see all five cards as shown in the last photo, type 'pierrot' in the word search box on my home page. BUY ALL FIVE and get 20% off! Put all five cards in your shopping cart and go as far as you can in the checkout process without actually paying. (You may have to select "check" or "other" for payment method.) When I receive your purchase order, I will change the total to reflect the promised discount. Then you will receive a new invoice and can continue checkout to pay with Paypal.
I would be happy to help you complete the series. It might take some time but there is one more pose with the pierrot's fingers to his lips as he looks up at the moon. The die lot/colors could likely be somewhat different. The main challenge with this design is finding these cards without writing on the front or, if written on, to find pretty script and not ugly franking/handwriting.
