This is the first time I've offered Jennie Harbour postcards. If you'd like to see more, just let me know! I've had one in my personal collection for a long time, but it is quite shabbily chic. This card also shows some wear (and I've priced it accordingly) but its bold colors and striking design make it easy to overlook the signs of age. This is one of Tuck's "Oilette De Luxe" cards, which means it has a lovely texture that resembles paint brush marks!
Harbour (1893–1959) was a British painter and book illustrator who went to work for Tuck in 1919. Note that this postcard bears a French message, mailed to Mademoiselle Gilbert in Belgium, but not postally marked. So for the dating of this card, one could guess-timate it is circa 1920s or '30s.
Typical antique postcard size: about 3.5 by 5.5 inches.
I have two of these available; you can see a glimpse of the second one in the last photo. It is listed separately here: https://www.rubylane.com/item/274812-8428/Jennie-Harbour-Tuckx27s-Oilette-De-Lux78e
